In anticipation for next year’s event, Burning Man released the 2017 ticket prices this past Tuesday for potential attendees to prepare and gather the needed funds. General admission tickets will cost $425, which is $35 higher than the 2016 price.

This increase, according to the Reno Gazette Journal, is one of the largest since event organizers began selling tickets back in 1992 – at which point they were a mere $25.

Registration for pre-sale tickets, priced at $990 and $1,200, begins January 26, 2017 and is the first in the long timeline of ticket sales. Pre-sale tickets are available beginning February 1. The main sale registration opens on March 22 with the sale beginning on March 29.

You can see the entire timeline, along with ticket information, on the Burning Man website.
