This summer, Major Lazer released their hit collab “Cold Water” with Justin Bieber, which you probably hear on the radio every other three songs. Not to be distracted by the song’s success, the trio have been working on their upcoming album Music Is The Weapon, which, they say, will become the home of another undoubtedly popular collaboration.
The trio – Diplo, Jillionaire and Walshy Fire – announced at Sunday’s American Music Awards that the upcoming album will feature a collaborative track with Nicki Minaj and PARTYNEXTDOOR. While they didn’t spill any further beans about it, they did reveal it should be landing on January 6th.
Major Lazer has a long roster of collaborations with heavy hitters in the music scene, and it doesn’t look like they’re slowing down any time soon.
