This Is How The DJ Community Is Reacting To 2016’s Top 100 Reveal

There’s nothing that the electronic music community loves to hate more than the DJ Mag Top 100 poll. The 2016 reveal was held yesterday and this year’s winner was none other than Martin Garrix. Unsurprisingly, the Dutch phenom, who is the youngest artist to win the award, did not receive as much hate as 2015’s winners, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike. That being said, just like every year, the actual poll itself was scrutinized by some of the top artists in the game.

If you need a reminder, here are the results of the DJ Mag Top 100 poll for 2016:

Now that you’ve been refreshed, let’s take a look at reactions from deadmau5, Dillon Francis, Eric Prydz, Dyro and more.

It’s important to note that Twitter wasn’t filled with negativity. Some of Garrix’s fellow Top 10 DJs, such as Armin van Buuren and Hardwell, chose to congratulate this year’s winner.
