Today, Mad Decent released a collaboration between Diplo, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and Debs Daughter called “Hey Baby“. A first look at the lineup of who produced the song would have you thinking this song is going to be a huge banger…if you thought that, you are wrong.
The song clocks in at about 100 BPM by my calculations and is definitely on the chiller side. If I had to choose a song to say it was most similar to, I would say “Lean On”, without a doubt.
In fact some people are already taking to the internet and pointing out it’s relation to “Lean On”, which also happens to involve Diplo. I found one Facebook post that said the following:
“The only thing I hear is Diplo’s 5th re-hash of Lean On, attaching DV&LMs name for shits and giggles I guess”
