Potential Leaked Lollapalooza Chile Lineup Features Daft Punk As Headliners

This has been quite the busy 24 hours for Daft Punk fans. Earlier, the French duo’s collaboration with The Weeknd dropped and it has been flooding people’s social media channels ever since. The guys haven’t presented us new music for quite some time, making this a special occasion. It’s also been a while since they graced fans with a live performance and people are starting to get pretty restless. That being said, 2017 is just around the corner and if you’re Daft Punk fan, you know exactly what that means.

In both 1997 and 2007 (with a few shows taking place in 2006), Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter embarked on some pretty epic tours. If they continue this pattern, we should expect some long-awaited live performances throughout next year.

Lollapalooza Chile

Daft Punk is listed as a headliner on this potential Lollapalooza Chile flyer that leaked on Reddit. When it comes to leaked lineups, it’s pretty easy to tell when some are complete fakes. With that in mind, the artists featured on this flyer are all pretty reasonable assumptions and the order they appear in falls in line with many other lineups.

The validity of the flyer is still up in the air, but if it ends up being real, we imagine this will be one of the many stops on Daft Punk’s touring schedule. Alternatively, if this Lollapalooza Chile flyer is fake, we’re still banking on some live shows in the new year. Hopefully, not all dates are performances at major multi-genre festivals, as it would be amazing to have a true Alive 2017 tour.
