The 2016 Olympic Games are quickly winding their way to a close. We have watched the world’s best athletes break records, laughed at the Olympic-related memes, and felt guilty mocking these athletes while we sit on our couches eating fast food. Now, Kygo will help tie all these experiences together during the closing ceremonies this Sunday evening, August 21st.

The fast-rising superstar will perform his song ‘Carry Me’ featuring the vocals of Julia Michaels. This performance will be coupled with the collaborative launch between the Kygo and the Olympic Channel on a new digital platform. In the latest press release, Kygo went on to speak about this career defining opportunity by saying:

“The opportunity to be a part of the Closing Ceremony of the Olympic Games in Rio is a huge milestone in my career and it will be the biggest performance of my life. . .I’ve been a sports fan since forever and to be able to combine this with my music and help to launch something like the Olympic Channel is a dream come true!”

Be sure to tune in for what is sure to be a fantastic show. The closing games kick off at 8PM local time this Sunday evening.
