Steve James Follows Up “Renaissance” With Another Viral Hit Single, In My Head

In My Head

Steve James – In My Head (Ft. RKCB)

In this day and age where anyone can buy a nice pair of headphones and make music on their laptop, its very hard to stand out from the horde of bedroom producers saturating the internet with thousands of new tracks every day. For Steve James, however, standing out does not appear to be an issue. With his release of “Renaissance” at the end of 2015, he firmly established himself as and outlier with his unique use of strings and synths, drawing in support for his music from audiences all over the world, and rocketing past 20 million total streams online on his debut original.

And now, the 18 year old producer is back at it again with his recent release of In My Head. Featuring the soulful lyrics of L.A. based duo RKCB, the track is the perfect follow-up to “Renaissance.” Incorporating the laid-back, yet groovy and danceable rhythm that he is now known for, the track has already earned him a spot on Spotify’s prestigious New Music Friday playlist, as well as support from dance music icon Martin Garrix. Be sure to listen to the stream below, and keep an eye out for more releases in the near future.
