When you think about producers who go beyond the norms of electronic music, Flume is definitely someone who immediately comes to mind. The Australian artist has been taking the world by storm ever since his self-titled debut album back in 2012, and with his new album Skin on the horizon, he has been the talk of the town for quite some time now.

Flume recently appeared on Annie Mac‘s BBC Radio 1 program where he put on some live performances of his new music with vocalists Kai and Kučka. The 20-minute session was quite a treat for listeners, as it included Never Be Like You feat. Kai, a cover of Alessia Cara‘s “Here“, and a brand new untitled piece from the upcoming album. The audience was encouraged to send in their suggestions for the untitled song, the most favorable of which was “Underhand Emotions”.

While the specific release date of the album remains uncertain, one thing is definite: Flume’s masterful work will shine through as always, and for that we cannot wait.
