Tiesto & Oliver Heldens – Wombass
Oliver Heldens has been on an upwards trajectory since he exploded onto the scene over a year ago while championing future house. The Dutch wunderkind since then has acquired his own record label, Heldeep Records, an impressive number of Beatport #1 releases to his name, and has started a bass house project under his HI-LO alias. Now, Oliver has teamed up with one of the most iconic and legendary artists in electronic music, Tiesto, for a serious festival heater.
“Wombass” combines the best musical elements of both Oliver Heldens and Tiesto. Heldens’ signature future house synths he has built a reputation on, give “Wombass” a particularly groovy ambiance, while Tiesto infuses the track with years of experience in production and expertise. Heldens first celebrated the collaborative duo’s work by teaching the seasoned veteran a skill he has been known for- shuffling. The video for the duo’s single has been released and is available to view below.
