RPM Presents Brings A Stacked Lineup For Big Week NYC 2015

NYE
Every year, dance music fans wait with baited breath to find out which of their favorite artists will be heading to New York City for Big Week NYC. Brought to you by RPM Presents, Big Week NYC is a series of high profile shows to ring in the New Year in style. Last year’s Big Week featured a long list of talent with headline performances from the likes of Cash Cash, Carnage, DVBBS, Armin Van Buuren, Kaskade and Martin Garrix. With names like that on last year’s list, there’s no way 2015 can possibly come close to that, right? Well, as this year’s Big Week performance schedule starts to fill out, it seems RPM Presents has outdone themselves once again, bringing in a stacked artist lineup, with many more still to be announced.

Yellow Claw and Fetty Wap will get the party started with a bang at Pier 36 on December 26th as part of their Blood for Mercy Tour, bringing along with them a supporting cast of some of the heaviest trap and dubstep in the game including Slander and 12th Planet. The following night, you can catch the Canadian boys of Adventure Club and friends as they also take the stage at Pier 36. If you’re wondering who Christian and Leighton call their friends, it’s only Griz, Paper Diamond, OOKAY, ETC! ETC!, Carter Cruise and Kill Them With Colour. Events for the night of the 28th are yet to be announced, but veterans of Big Week know that the slot will be filled very soon. On December 29th, Pier 94 will host perhaps the most peculiar headliner combination we’ve ever seen: Knife Party and Oliver Heldens. Knife Party is fresh off the release of their new EP Trigger Warning, so you know they will be well equipped with new music. On the other hand, the 20-year-old future house phenom Heldens is riding a wave of success that does not appear to be ending anytime soon. On the 30th, funnyman Dillon Francis will be joined by his pals at Pier 94. While we don’t yet know who he is bringing, it’s sure to be one ridiculous evening. Finally, the granddaddy of them all: New Year’s Eve. Rapper Future, who has taken 2015 by storm, will head to Pier 36 supplemented by a DJ set from Rudimental into the early hours of January 1st. Meanwhile, over at Pier 94, hometown boys The Chainsmokers will entertain their fellow New Yorkers alongside Nicky Romero and Travis Scott. With the variety and excess of options, with still more to be announced, you really can’t go wrong during Big Week NYC 2015.

Whichever event you choose (perhaps you choose more than one), the week leading up to 2016 is sure to be filled with good friends, good vibes, and plenty of great music. You can see the list of all the events that have been announced thus far below, and get your tickets at bigweeknyc.com.
