Fresh of the release of their debut original single, the Lost Kings are back with the second track off of their EP, Bad. The LA-based twosome have been hard at work over the last year, releasing an impressive amount of remixes and finally debuting a groovy original track, and are in rare form here as they combine their breezy beats with Katelyn Tarver’s indie-tinged vocals. Tarver, a blonde beauty once known for her roles on teen-targeted shows, brings a fun energy to “You” with her distinct and alluring voice, layering perfectly over the song’s feel-good melody and dance-able beat. “You” is another solid showing for the Kings, and its pop influence is a breath of fresh air in a future and trap heavy soundscape.
