Hardwell Looks to Set World Record for Largest Solo Show Attendance

Hardwell

Hardwell’s reign as the #1 DJ in the world may be coming to a close soon, at least as far as the credibility of the DJ Mag Top 100 goes. Many are speculating that the young, talented, and recently independent Martin Garrix is set to take the crown (but who better to take the lead than a fellow Dutchman). He’s not stepping out without a statement though, he plans to take his #1 spot elsewhere. That elsewhere being the record books.

Hardwell is already set to perform to 100,000 people in India for a charity event, and he’s just announced a solo show in Germany with an expected 30,000 person crowd. This one stands out because…well because it’s solo. This would be the largest crowd to ever attend a show for a single DJ ever, and the place to do it is World Club Dome. Of course, like his India show, this is a charitable event; a portion of the proceeds will be donated to his United We Are foundation, to support the education of youth around the globe. Tickets for the event can be purchased here. Need some convincing to make the trip? Peep the video below.
