Ladies and gentlemen what an evening of news. Merely weeks after EDC Las Vegas, and days after EDC UK, Pasquale Rotella has dropped a surprising new addition to the EDC family tree: EDC Japan! It’s only been a month since Insomniac announced it’s international venture to the southern hemisphere with EDC Brasil, so it would seem the premiere events company is really looking to stake its claim in the international market and take SFX on in a big way. Given the success of Ultra Japan, and the Asian market gobbling up as much EDM as it ever has, EDC Japan has high hopes. Only time will tell, since this festival isn’t set to take place until an unknown date in 2016, but we’ll be waiting with baited breath and bringing you the latest developments as they roll in.
