Josh Greenberg, co-founder of the recently shuttered streaming service, Grooveshark, was found dead in his bed Sunday (7/19) evening by his girlfriend. Josh’s mother, Lori Greenberg, has been told that there has yet to be any evidence suggesting foul play, injury, or drug use. As a 28 year old with a historically healthy life, and no known signs of depression, Josh Greenberg’s death comes to friends and family as a mystery.
His mother also reports that he was more “relieved than depressed about the settlement,” over Groovesharks’ shut down. At this time the autopsy results have proven inconclusive, but toxicology reports should be “done in two or there months.” We’ll keep you up to date with any incoming information as the story develops.
