As if Electric Daisy Carnival‘s flagship festival isn’t exciting enough with its formally announced lineup, now we are getting a steady stream of “surprise” sets. Last year one of the best surprise sets was Kaskade taking some time after mainstage performance to play a deep house Redux set. After Hardwell mentioned that he might be doing a side show of the moombah variety, fans were wondering if Kaskade’s Redux would return under the electric sky. Kaskade of course wasted little time in announcing that yes, Redux would be returning. In keeping with this tradition, he will play a deeper and more mellow set for a small intimate crowd at the Mayan Art Car at 3:30AM on Saturday. If you havent’ had the opportunity to see Kaskade’s softer side, do yourself a favor and check it out this weekend.
