DJ Mag Releases Results for the World’s Top 100 Clubs

The annual DJ Mag Top 100 poll of the best clubs has just been released with some new entries and the usual stalwarts. The tastemakers range from the huge clubs in Ibiza and Vegas to the small gems that just bring good music for great vibes and smiling faces. And the best part is that the list is made up of entirely of clubs and venues that the fans and individuals that stand on the other side of the decks; with a lot less controversy surround this poll than with it’s sister chart, the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs.

Sneaking it’s way into the top three, the highest ranked U.S. club Hakkasan in Vegas moved up seven spots from last year with three Ibiza clubs, Space dropping one spot and Green Valley in Brazil overtaking the number one position to round out the top five. The Guvernment in Toronto dropped 31 spots even while closing it’s doors in early 2015 with Exchange LA jumping up 19 spots.

Over the past four years, Space and Green Valley have been alternating the crown, but with the rise of the Vegas strip super clubs, look for things to change over the course of the next few years with America becoming an even bigger stomping ground for the spiraling popularity of the DJ.
