Zima – Picture This
While he may be only 20 years of age, Zima is coming out swinging in the San Francisco club scene thanks to his grooving productions intertwined with intricate and haunting breaks. Already charting with his recent releases off of Solstice Records, his latest, ‘Picture This’, is what establishes him as an emerging artist to watch out for.
The bass line of the track is what lays the grooving foundation from which other rhythmical and melodic elements play off of. Short and well placed vocal chants act as the hook, while the minimalistic approach to the percussions keep the beat of the track.
