‘DNCE‘ jumps right into it with a dark, drum-heavy build that turns DNCE-y quickly. Spaced out electro synths get faster as the song progresses, leading into the only lyric of the song, “come and dance with me.” Following the drop, the buildup starts over again with a new set of electro synths. Vangeli creates suspense in this tune, building it up once and teasing the second drop, only to build it up one more time. The breakdowns keep you wanting more, and this one gives it to you with its continuously progressing yet repetitive structure.
