Cazzette – Blind Heart
Swedish DJ veterans Cazzette and everyone’s favorite Compact Cassette Heads have released their brand new single, Blind Heart, via Spotify today. Following in the footsteps of the highly successful ‘Sleepless’, Cazzette have stuck with a blend of progressive and future house hues, and we couldn’t be more excited for it. ‘Sleepless’ proved that this is a genre Alexander Bjorklund and Sebastian Furrer are pretty damn good at, and ‘Blind Heart’ follows in that accolade. 80’s soul-tinged vocals croon Cazzette’s sensual message across piano chords and low-end synth manipulations as the track chugs along, edging quite close to club-centric peak time aspirations. A relative level of funk sits across the majority of ‘Blind Heart’, providing for an enjoyable and eclectic mix of production highways. The pair have found found a characteristic stride, and to see them evolve so effortlessly (from a starting point of, let’s say, their incredibly well received and fantastic ‘Beam Me Up’) into such a warm sound is spectacular news for their significant fan base.
