After making waves with her surprise appearance during Avicii’s 2012 Ultra set, Madonna announced this past weekend that she is teaming up with the Swedish superstar in the studio. The Queen of Pop uploaded a picture to her Instagram account Friday night with the caption,”Doing some house work after 4 hours of sleep which is why i cant spell! On my way to the studio to work with Avicii!”
No further details about the collaboration are available, but Madonna told The Canadian Press that she was working on a new album. “Don’t ask me with who, it’s a secret, top secret,” she teased. Avicii has previously remixed Madonna’s “Girl Gone Wild,” which the pair premiered at Ultra, and if that track is any indication, we should expect exciting things from these two heavy hitters.
