deadmau5 to Take Over London this Summer With ‘Encounters’

It’s been two years since deadmau5 performed in London, and it appears he intends for his return to The Big Smoke to be especially memorable. “Encounters” promises to be an audio-visual tour de force, and the mau5’s biggest show in the city yet. An enigmatic new teaser embraces the “Encounters” theme fully, showing deadmau5 at the helm of an otherworldly (but distinctly mau5-head shaped) ship descending upon London. The brief clip doesn’t provide many solid details about “Encounters,” other than fans should expect the event this summer and they can register for priority access to tickets at the website. If the outspoken DJ/Producer’s previous London shows, featuring 4D projections and moving light shows, are any indication, “Encounters” could be one of the biggest spectacles of the year.
