David Guetta, the Pop Electro king is back with a collaboration with Skyler Grey, a four time Grammy nominee who has also worked with Kaskade on writing and singing the track “Room for Happiness”. “Shot Me Down” features her sophisticated vocals singing Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down), a song written in the 1960s that was also popularized in Kill Bill (2003). Although “Shot Me Down” is not quite the same as the infectious, electro banger “Ain’t A Party”, Guetta has cleverly added a flawless synth build up and a crisp and vibrant, big room drop that will have everyone jumping up and down.
