Throwback Thursday: Bingo Players – Cry (Just a Little) [Special Edition]

In honor of our fallen Bingo Player, this week’s throwback Thursday tune is dedicated to Paul Bäumer. Members of our team has been having this track on repeat for the past day to cope with the loss, and we’ve decided that it’s only right to honor Paul in this week’s installment with this wonderful track, “Cry (Just a Little)”. Released on Big Beat Records back in 2011, the track was an instant success and quickly climbed the charts all over the world. This progressive house song only uses the lyrics “I know I’m caught up in the middle; I cry just a little when I think of letting go. Oh no, gave up on the riddle; I cry just a little when I think of letting go,” which were sampled from “Piano in the Dark”, a 1988 hit sung by Brenda Russell.

We’ll never forget your contributions to the music industry, Paul, may you rest in peace and we honor you today even more with one of your most memorable songs.
