Earlier this month, Nicky Romero released an edit of “Rip it Up,” and for those who were scratching their heads searching for the original mix – search no more. According to Protocol Recordings, R3hab and Lucky Date’s dynamite collaboration of “Rip it Up” is “an electro-infused progressive house monster,” and will release on December 23rd. In a classic game of playing hard to get, Protocol posted a teaser today for the Monday release and if the long, hard-driving build-up in the teaser is any reflection of listener’s anticipation of the release – this one is bound to be a banger.
