Calling all Anglophiles: London-based producer Metrik has just remixed the new Sub Focus single, “Turn Back Time”, with an extra-energized drum n bass approach. Premiered as the “remix of the week” on Friction’s BBC Radio 1 show yesterday, this remix showcases the flawless way Metrik uses both melodic build-ups and hard-hitting breaks. As a member of the Hospital Records family, one wouldn’t be surprised to get these vibes from the DnB master.
The original “Turn Back Time”, fresh off Sub Focus’ successful new debut album Torus, has already been tearing up live sets as the producer makes his way around the world on tour. According to his Twitter, the song is also set to be remixed by trap producer Bro Safari. They’ll all be officially released via the UKF Drum & Bass label on December 22nd.
