Flume & Chet Faker – This Song Is Not About A Girl

2013 seems to be shaping up as the year of the Flume with a new collaboration EP, titled Lockjaw, done with Australian musician Chet Faker. The EP has great tracks that give off electronic and indie influences. Perhaps one of the more standout tracks on the EP is “This Song Is Not About A Girl,” which, as expected, features vocals from Chet Faker. The tune breaks in to a more relaxed genre of electronic music with softer percussions and sounds. There’s even a slow breakdown that highlights solely the track’s melody.
