The New York Production/DJ trio, Cash Cash, have been having a whirlwind of a time the past few weeks. As if the trio’s smashing remixes of Icona Pop’s “All Night’ and Bruno Mars’ “Treasure” weren’t enough, they are also riding on the success of their “Overtime” EP release on Big Beat Records. This time, the talented group decided to take their hit track, “Take Me Home” featuring Bebe Rexha, and strip it down to the acoustics. Jean Paul Makhlouf said that they “knew an acoustic version would show a whole different side to the song so [they] brought it back to the foundation and built a whole new house on top of it”. What resulted is a musically beautiful tune with mesmerizing vocals from Bebe. It’s always fun to hear your favorite EDM songs stripped down to the core.
