Everywhere – Soldier (Jakob Liedholm club mix)

It has been a busy year for Jakob Liedholm. The 17 year old industry up-and-comer has spent the summer at Ibiza playing every weekend, on top of festivals all around Europe. The busy tour schedule has, however, not kept him from delivering in the studio.

The remix of Everywhere’s “Soldier” is a good example of the wonderchild’s abilities as a producer. With his indisputable ear for melodies, Jakob manages to blend in the folky pop tunes of the original song with his own approach to progressive house. One can hear the influence of his compatriot Avicii, this however does not take away from how enjoyable the track is. Get your copy on Beatport.
