Ibiza. The mecca of dance music. Sure, Las Vegas is hot on their heels with their spree of club openings and DJ residencies, but Ibiza is still the place to be if you’re looking to party anywhere in the world. Here in the states, we simply don’t get very much exposure to the majority of the fantastic DJ acts that go through Ibiza annually. Sure, Armin Va Buuren plays there, and we’ve heard of him. Ditto with David Guetta and his infamous (and traditional) “Fuck Me I’m Famous” parties at Pacha. However, here at EDMtunes, we’d like to dig below the surface. Hence, we bring to you, the sounds of Ibiza. What you’ll find here isn’t a wordy article attempting to describe Ibiza or track previews (some of them will be, though!), but rather a collection of tracks from producers and DJs who will be spinning in Ibiza this summer. In other words, a genre of music less heard here in the states. Sit back, relax, and let Ibiza take you over and enjoy our first collection of the Sounds of Ibiza.
