Apple’s iPhone X Lineup Will Continue To Grow In 2018

With Apple‘s release of the brand new iPhone X, you would think they would be slowing down and perhaps focus on fixing the arising bugs that have plagued their latest software and new device. Instead, they are moving full steam ahead with thinking about the future. Get ready for the release of an additional 3 new iPhone X size variations.

According to KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, there was a reason Apple wanted to release one initial size variation of the iPhone X. The most likely explanation is they probably wanted to give some opportunity for the iPhone 8 to gather some sales beforehand. Apple is planning and working on a 5.8 inch, 6.1 inch with an LCD edge to edge display and a 6.5 inch variation for release sometime in 2018.

All 3 models are expected to feature the same design as the current mode with edge to edge display, stainless steel band and the vertical dual camera design. The 6.1-inch LCD iPhone model is expected to have a display with slightly less resolution somewhere between 320-330 pixels per inch.

While the LCD 6.1 model is expected to retail around the $649-$749 price point, the latter two models are expected to be on par with the current model and retail somewhere around the $1,000 price range.

Of course it is still early for 2018 so this may all be tentative but expect Apple to release some news regarding these models in 2018.
