There is no doubt that in time of calamity we all unite to help each other regardless of race, religion, or socio-economic level. On September 19 a 7.1 earthquake hit 90 miles southeast of Mexico City.
At least 250 people were killed by the magnitude 7.1 earthquake. The number will continue to increase as the days go on by. This earthquake hit on the anniversary of the 1985 earthquake in Mexico City. The amount of help, and the reaction from around the world has been unbelievable. It has been reported that the Mexican Red Cross is turning away people from the affected areas due to too much help.
Undoubtedly, Mexico is one of the biggest EDM fanbases for many DJs and producers in the scene. Their unity and vibes are like no other. Many DJs/Producers took it up on to social media to give their condolences to Mexico.
