Not only did the release of Zedd‘s first album “Clarity” back in 2012, alert the world of his potential – it also marked the beginning of the rise of a superstar producer. The album consisted of major hits including “Clarity“, “Spectrum“, and “Fall Into The Sky” that went a long way in getting his name recognized in the industry. Now, at the start of 2017, Zedd has announced via Twitter that a third album is in the process. Zedd refers to the album as “Z3“.
Unfortunately Z3 may not have a release date in the foreseeable future, as he tweeted that we are “gonna have to be a bit patient for #Z3” – but we have high hopes that it will be quality regardless.
Along with the album tease, Zedd also announced that a collaboration with R&B singer Khalid, is well on the way. The German DJ has been known to collaborate with major music talents in the past, including Lady Gaga, Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande, and so much more. With the release of his newest single, “Stay” featuring Alessia Cara, and his upcoming track with Khalid, you can expect to see many collaborations on his new Z3 album.
