Returning to Addams-Medill Park is the Spring Awakening Music Festival and it is bringing some major talent in 2017. With only a little over three months to go, Chicago’s biggest EDM music festival took to its Facebook page yesterday to announce Phase 1 of the lineup. After compiling a stunning lineup last year filled some of the biggest names in the industry, which included Kaskade, The Chainsmokers, and Above & Beyond, fans from around the world wondered if it could possibly top it this year. Impressively enough, organizers may have done just that with only part of the lineup announced.
This year’s Spring Awakening Music Festival will feature Martin Garrix, Armin van Buuren, Alesso and many more. With this just being Phase 1, it is clear that the event is well on its way to surpassing last year’s stacked roster. Phase 2 will be announced next week followed by the branded stages.
