While trends come and go in dance music, indie-influenced electronic music will always find a place with listeners. Many people focus on the hardest drops or craziest sounds, but sometimes its nice to hear organic elements intertwined with electronic production or more downtempo cuts. Multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Crywolf, has carved his own lane in the indie-electronic realm and his new single “Weight” proves this more than ever.
Allowing his vocals to float over striking guitar strums in the first two-and-a-half minutes of the song, the LA-based wizard really packs on the emotion when he adds subtle production elements behind his croons to carry the track home.
