Chiddy Bang – Full Speed Ahead (Prod. Paul Couture)
A long lost blog friend surfaced recently, one from back when blogs were the primary music discovery platforms before streaming platforms took over. Chiddy Bang – were about as promising as a young up & coming rap duo could be. With a classic catalog that included “Opposite of Adults” sampling MGMT’s “Kids” and “Truth” taking on Passion Pit, they were every college kids’ favorite songs in the USA. Things seemed to be going really when for them in 2012 when they released their album Breakfast, but shortly after they broke up in 2013.
Fast forward to 2017 rapper Chiddy returns to the game with a comeback single, “Full Speed Ahead.” Production on this one is handled by NYC based producer Paul Couture whom has been steady raising his stock by making cuts with Xavier White, Shwayze, Huey Mack and more. Welcome back at long last Chiddy!
