BUKU Music & Art Project Drops Initial 2017 Lineup

Folks, the wait is finally over. One of the most forward-thinking music & art festivals in the country, BUKU Music & Art Project has just released the initial lineup for their sixth year. Taking place on March 10th & 11th at Mardi Gras World in New Orleans, The BUKU Project 2017 will feature performances from the likes of deadmau5, Travis Scott, Zeds Dead, Young Thug, Zhu, Jauz, Lil Yachty, Malaa, Slushii, Ghastly B2B Herobust, Rezz, The Floozies and the list goes on.

BUKU has come a long way since its first year in 2012, and has now developed a reputation for bringing in a genre-blending lineup that features the best up-and-coming talent who are right on the cusp of breaking out. Last year for example, Illenium, Louis the Child, & Anderson Paak & the Free Nationals all appeared on the bottom lines of the BUKU lineup; their accomplishments and growth since then truly speak for themselves. In addition to the incredibly new talent BUKU consistently finds, there is also no shortage of some of the biggest acts in the scene today.

The initial lineup announcement has already blown us away, and there is still more to come! Stay tuned for updates from us, as well as on BUKU’s website thebukuproject.com. The countdown to March 10th has officially begun. Until then you can read our recap of the BUKU Music & Art Project 2016, and check out the 2017 lineup below. We look forward to seeing you at Mardi Gras World in March!
