As Maceo Plex continues his world domination on what was the underground, the successor to his Solar Sampler, out of Ellum last year, has a release date that will see the light of day soon. Journey To Solar, the seven-track LP, will drop on November 18 via his label mentioned above with a planned follow-up the next spring called Solar. Both albums were written at the same time with the former (Journey to Solar) being more club-ready tracks and the latter (Solar) driving a more broken beat, electro/electronica vibe.
