Loci label head and ambient electronica vet Emancipator is taking the imprint on tour in the coming months, hitting almost all major markets. Vancouver, Seattle, NYC, Chicago, SF, and LA will all get a chance to check out one of the electronic music’s best kept secrets in downtempo, instrumental electronica – Loci Records. Joining Emancipator on the tour will be Tor, Edamame, and Lapa. The tour focuses on intimate rooms, specifically catering to the low end, slowed down intricacies of the Loci soundscape. Rooms like the Bluebird Theatre in Denver and the Roxy in LA will bring a wind of crossover appeal to the show as well – as both theatres rarely (although more so recently) host electronic shows.
