There’s A Music Festival On The Old TomorrowWorld Site This Weekend

Iconic actor Harry Belafonte is holding a music festival in Georgia to promote the awareness of racial and social justice. This is likely related to the recent events all over the country involving police officers and the criminal justice system. Belafonte’s social justice organization Sankofa.org is hosting the festival at Chattahoochee Hill, Georgia, which is the former site of TomorrowWorld. TomorrowWorld 2016 would have likely been held last weekend, but after last year’s disastrous edition, the organizers decided it would be best to take the year off and regroup. We’re hoping that the festival will come back stronger than ever, as it was definitely a favorite for the EDMTunes team.

Many Rivers To Cross will feature multiple stages and performances from the likes of T.I., Carlos Santana, Dave Matthews and many more. Head to its website if you want to get tickets. Let’s hope the weather and festival grounds hold up this weekend.
