Michael Brun has put his own spin on Lee Carter’s, JapaRoll’s and Funk Machine’s ‘Move That Body’. What we like about this one is that it’s an ode to those turn of the decade progressive house jams that really identified the rise of ‘EDM’ in the states. ‘Move That Body’ is well executed and progressive in its take on the genre. Aggressive yet melodic, punchy yet restrained, ‘Move That Body’ shows that Brun can still flex his progressive muscle when necessary, even though he’s mainly moved away from the genre as a whole of late. Look out for this one during his festival sets.
