Pegboard Nerds & NGHTMRE ft. Krewella – Superstar
In early April we got a glimpse of a collaboration that we didn’t see coming. Whose you might be asking? Oh, it just had bass fiends, Pegboard Nerds and NGHTMRE, with as always, lovely vocals provided by Krewella. That glimpse of the ID track left us wanting more and now we have it. Ladies and gentlemen, “Superstar.” One listen to this and you’ll immediately recognize each member’s contribution as the three styles fit together perfectly.
The trap banger fits right into NGHTMRE’s year as he is producing straight fire. And not to mention, Pegboard Nerds consistently put out good tracks and although Krewella has gone through some turbulence, it appears they will be rising from the ashes. The track comes just in time for the holiday weekend and will definitely add a punch to your weekend frivolities. Maybe we’ll get lucky and they’ll form some sort of gnarly, nightmarish, super group?
