ZHU & Kaskade – In The Morning
It’s safe to say that Kaskade and Zhu are two of the biggest names in the electronic music world, so the word “excitement” is an understatement when they’re used in the same sentence. Though the artists’ stage personalities are drastically different – Kaskade, known for his constant touring and facetime with fans, versus Zhu, the mysterious man whose identity has remained concealed – we could not ask for a more intriguing mixture.
Earlier this week, Zhu posted to his Facebook an image of a record player with a vinyl record reading “Kaskade” and a caption reading – plain and simple – “soon.” With the posting of this picture he managed to create a flurry of questions and assumptions across the internet, leaving us all wondering when and what this photograph would result in. Who knows how soon “soon” really is? Will this be a collaboration or a Kaskade remix?
Well, ladies and gentlemen, that tease has become a reality today. Kaskade has remixed Zhu’s latest track, “In The Morning”, and has left no room for disappointment. The three-minute track puts an entirely new twist on an already fantastic production, adding in Kaskade’s signature melodic sounds and progressive house beats to create a tune guaranteed to have you swaying along.
