TomorrowWorld Dealt Another Blow As Attendee Suffers Suspected Overdose

Despite all of the issues with this year’s edition of TomorrowWorld, the festival had an essentially spotless record until this year. This includes injuries at the festival, with 0 reported deaths during the first 2 years, even with the infamous tower climber. Unfortunately in all of this year’s chaos, that record may be tarnished as reports have emerged that a young man passed away sometime during Saturday evening. The victim, Connor McGinnis from Boca Raton, FL, was treated at Emory Midtown Hospital and succumbed to his injuries. The medical examiner suspects some sort of drug overdose, however that confirmation is pending a toxicology report which will take several weeks to be completed. The Atlanta news reports adds that there is more to the story which will be discussed later, likely alluding to the mud related chaos occurring at the festival on Saturday evening. It’s incredibly heartbreaking whenever something like this happens, especially at a festival which previously had such a stellar record. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the victim’s families.
