Prince Fox – Wait Until Tomorrow (VIP Edit)
It’s a big day for fans of New York based producer
Sam Lassner, better known as
Prince Fox. Yesterday afternoon, Lassner announced on his
Facebook page that he had signed his first record deal with
Republic/Casablanca Records. To celebrate the deal, Fox posted a VIP edit of ‘Wait Until Tomorrow,’ his biggest hit that quickly reached #1 on Hype Machine earlier this year, and also revealed that his debut E.P. called ‘
Musings‘ will be released on October 9th through Casablanca Records.
Prince Fox’s Variance in Production (VIP) of ‘Wait Until Tomorrow’ went for a more uptempo route. The original has a very soft tropical vibe, whereas the new version incorporates much more electro style percussion infused with Fox’s signature horns. As for the E.P. and record deal, Republic/Casablanca will be the official release and distribution partner for ‘Musings,’ which you can check out the tracklist for below. Prince Fox is currently touring alongside the young Norwegian Matoma, so if you see your city on the list of dates below, you won’t want to miss your chance to see both of these rising stars.
