Hardwell and Afrojack Set to Release First Collaboration in Over 7 Years

Hardwell

Afrojack and Hardwell were born only 40 miles away from each other, and they’re less than a year apart in age. A collaboration between the two Dutch super DJs is still surprising enough to break the internet. On Wednesday, Hardwell announced the duo’s impending release on Twitter by posting the above photo with the caption; “Collab time @djafrojack”. Hardwell and Afrojack’s last collaborative work came more than 7 years ago (2008) when they dropped a track calledLet The Attack Begin.

EDC Las Vegas is just 3 weeks away, both headliners are scheduled to perform, and we’d assume this would be the perfect venue to debut any new material. Afrojack and Hardwell played back-to-back last September at Las Vegas’s Wet Republic Ultra Pool. Could EDC festival-goers be in for another surprise in the desert? If you’re attending Las Vegas’s Electric Daisy Carnival this year, would you want to see Afrojack and Hardwell perform together on the main stage?
