YouTube To Host Coachella Livestream & Interactive Fan Experience For Couch Ravers At Home

For the 5th year running, YouTube promises to bring FOMO music lovers around the country another Live-Stream of Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival’s opening weekend, taking place from April 10-12. Among many of its other boast-worthy qualities, Coachella is said to be the longest-running live-streamed music festival on YouTube, as they have continually aimed to provide their priceless festival experience at home via its own Youtube channel. And, in order to amplify the at-home festival experience, Coachella is making this year’s live stream exceptionally personalized, as fans will be able to choose from three live-streaming channels; create a custom Coachella avatar by uploading a photo; browse an interactive map of the entire festival grounds; schedule the live-stream experience with a timetable that automatically updates based on a user’s local time; and get info about the musical acts.

The live stream campaign will also be accompanied with the #CoachellaLive tag to promote and keep up to date with everything that’s happening at this year’s festival. Check out Coachella’s teaser video below and view this year’s full lineup here.
