Back in early July, Zeds Dead and Dada Life joined forces to co-headline a show at the legendary Colorado amphitheater, Red Rocks, temporarily transforming the renown venue into Dead Rocks. Zeds Dead and Dada Life were joined by Joey Bada$$, Manic Focus, Grand Theft, Basscrooks and special guest, Omar Linx for a night of bass and madness. In order to commemorate Zeds Dead’s inaugural date headlining Red Rocks, a recap movie was created; bringing Zeds Dead fans from all over the world a glimpse into their special night. It is evident from their recap movie that the Canadian dubstep duo delivered nothing but high-energy filth and ground-stomping bass to a packed venue of eager music lovers. As Hooks said at the end of the movie, “that was one of the most amazing experiences of my whole life” full of “insane surreal moments.” Playing Red Rocks for any artist is a speechless triumph within a career. It’s one of the most historic venues in the country, and nearly without equal in terms of beauty and atmosphere.
