We recently featured his official remix of ‘Boom Clap‘ by Charli XCX, which has racked up over 120,000 plays in a matter of one week. He continues his slew of official remixes for Atlantic Records, this time remixing ‘Habits Of My Heart‘ by Jaymes Young. The electro-soul foundation of the production masterfully utilizes percussive elements to guide the waves of intensity throughout. As a pulsating electric guitar rides over the vulnerable vocals of Jaymes Young, powerful chords join the mix to create a whirlwind of emotions. We can now check off ‘Habits Of My Heart’ from the list of great records to remix. Once again, Elk Road nails it.
