Premiering on BBC Radio 1 just last week, Estonian producer Syn Cole has released his take on the new Coldplay track, A Sky Full of Stars, absolutely for free through his Soundcloud. The kind gesture serves as the producer’s first free download, and “as a big THANK YOU” to all his fans for all the support in 2014. Building off of what his label head and longtime supporter, Avicii, created on the original, Cole immediately begins the track with a far more danceable groove. Channeling the disco era, Syn struts in, bringing incredibly tight drums and echo-y snaps, as well as plenty of funky guitars. The guitar lines in this track fit in between the swelling bass line completely, becoming the leading component in this concoction. Be sure check out and download the single below.
