It’s always exciting to hear an old favorite brought back to life by a new remix. In this case, Dutch producer Kill The Buzz has put a modern, big-room spin on 2011’s “We’re Not Alone” by Russian duo Matisse & Sadko. Originally released on Zouk/Armada, the anthem featured the vocals of British singer Ollie James and captured the sound of progressive, ultra-uplifting house that was all the rage a few years back. Now Kill The Buzz’s take really represents the sounds house fans are loving now – a slight hardstyle twist and bigger-than-ever build-ups and drops.
Previewed in a recent radio episode of Hardwell On Air, this rendition is now available on Beatport as part of the 10 Years Armada anniversary remix album, “a reminder of not only the sterling past, but also the bright future of the label.”
